and we are here to tell you all about our adventures together. Our Mommy and Daddy want us to help fight BSL.
BSL is a scary thing. It tries to get rid of all animals who look like us, just because some of us turn out to be not so good. Even though MOST of us are great, some people like to try and turn us mean, either by training us that way, neglecting us, or by breeding the meanest dogs they can find. A lot of the time they mix other breeds in with us to make us bigger and stronger. But people who support BSL think we should ALL die. It doesn't matter if we are therapy pets, police K-9s or just our owner's best friend, in their opinion all bully breeds are bad.
Thankfully there are a lot of people who are on our side. Caesar Milan, Rachael Raye, Micheal J. Fox and millions of everyday people believe in us and know that our hearts are good. They know that if we are treated properly and given the discipline, exercise and love that we need, we will almost always turn out good. Of course, every once in awhile a dog will come around who is just unstable. That happens with poodles, chihuahuas and labs too! It doesn't mean that we should all be killed for it!
With the next blog we'll introduce ourselves separately so you can get to know who we are. This blog won't be all serious and scary with political stuff. Most of the time it will just be our lives with our people.
